General Account Issues

Creating an Account

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Click on the Create an Account button
  3. Enter your Personal Information
  4. Click on the Tick Box if you wish to sign up for newsletter
  5. Under Login Information, enter a Password. Enter the identical Password in Confirm Password.
  6. Click submit.
  7. View your Inbox in your email application and locate the Account confirmation for email. In the email, click on the Confirmation Link to activate your account

Closing an Account

Please contact us if you wish to close your account. Just let us know why in order for us to monitor client satisfaction. On receipt of your instructions, the account will be closed within 48 working hours and an email sent within 72 working hours to confirm.

Change your Email Address

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password
  3. On My Dashboard and Account Information Click Edit Contact Information
  4. Input your new Email Address
  5. Click Save

Change your Password

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password
  3. On My Dashboard and Account Information Click Edit Contact Information
  4. Click on the Tick Box to Change Password
  5. Enter Current Password
  6. Enter New Password and Confirm New Password

Forgotten Password

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Click on Forgot Your Password button
  3. Enter your Email Address
  4. Click Submit

Add / Remove Email Address from Newsletter Subscription

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password
  3. Click on the Newsletter Subscription link
  4. Click the Tick Box to Subscribe / Unsubscribe

Change your Billing / Shipping Address

  1. Click on the My Account link
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password
  3. Click on the Address Book link
  4. Depending on which you wish to change, click on Billing or Shipping address link
  5. Enter your New Address
  6. Click the Save button

 

General Order Issues

How to place an order

  1. Click on the Add to Cart Button
  2. If you are already registered enter your email address and password and click Login
  3. If you are not registered please register
  4. Enter your Billing Address and Shipping Address Click on the Continue Button
  5. You will be prompted with a message ‘You will be redirected to PayPal website when you place an order’. Click on the Continue Button.
  6. Under Order Review, check that all the details are correct and if they are Click Place Order Button. This will direct you to Paypal’s secure payment system.
  7. If you have a Paypal account Login by entering your email address and password. Click on the Pay button to complete the transaction.
  8. If you do not have a Paypal account, click on the Continue button on the left.
  9. Enter your Personal and Billing Details and then click Review Order and Continue Button. Click on the Pay button to complete the transaction.
